Owned and operated by local chocolatier Ashleigh Pearson, this spot promises to wow you with just one nibble. Chef Pearson studied at Le Cordon Bleu in France and also worked as a pastry chef at Marcel’s and Per Se, which is just a snippet of where she picked up all her incredible skills in her craft. 

The signature offer is the bonbons. They come in all sorts of flavors like hazelnut, passion fruit, maple black walnut crunch, salted chocolate, almond butter and jelly, and more. Next on the list of signature items is the sables. These French-inspired shortbread cookies come in unique flavors like chocolate hazelnut, espresso, vanilla, and cocoa. Both pair perfectly with a cup of coffee or afternoon tea. Give it a taste, and it will be your new go-to pick-me-up!
