Mita Café Serves Japanese-Ethiopian Fusion Fare Near The Kelvin
19/08

DC has just about every combination of fusion cuisines, but Japanese and Ethiopian? For that, you have to try newly opened Mita Café. This casual eatery near Fort Slocum Park has the best of both worlds when it comes to authentic sushi, seaweed salads, and tofu wraps, plus panini with the distinct flavor profiles of Ethiopian fare. Mix in a healthy dose of all-American favorites like smoothies, breakfast sandwiches, and pastries, and you have the unique menu of Mita Café. Plus, items are reasonably priced, with many of the sushi options sold in individual rolls. Grab your favorite chicken melt sandwich or Mediterranean salad and drink, and then just add on a few pieces of sushi for a truly customized lunch. Mita Café is one the few places you can do that.

Place a preorder via their website for even quicker service. Mita Café is easy to find right on Kennedy Street in Brightwood, and is open six days a week (closed Mondays).
