For another, they rely solely on sustainable practices. This includes sourcing ingredients from local vendors whenever possible, and also using entirely compostable packaging materials.

You don’t have to be an herbivore to appreciate the menu offerings, though! The chefs are so masterful that you might not even miss the meat. For instance, their Philly steak is packed with faux steak and meaty grilled mushrooms, onions, and dairy-free ”Mozza” cheese.
